About this project
docTrove is an online office system running on my server. Word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, and documents that live in a database rather than as files. Think Google Docs or Microsoft Office online, except it is mine.
It is not doing anything earth-shattering. Office-in-a-browser is a solved problem, and docTrove is my simple self-hosted version of it. What I am genuinely interested in is letting bots on the server read and help prepare documents. That is where I want to take it, and it isn't there yet.
For now it is a work in progress, and I am not using it much day to day. I think it has a lot of promise once the bot side is properly wired up.
